Cacher's Toy Box sends packages by regular Canada Post surface mail. We will make every effort to get your items out same day or next day shipping. You will be notified by email once your order has been shipped.
If you require a quicker shipping option, please select "pick up" as your shipping option and send us an email and we will invoice you directly through paypal.
Also if you think the shipping amount is excessive please select "pick up" and that will waive the shipping. We will calculate it manually and invoice you directly through paypal.
You may also send money through Email money transfer directly from your bank account. You will be responsible for whatever fees your bank charges you to perform the transfer. If you choose this method please include the answer to the secret question in the comment section on checkout.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order Cacher's Toy Box does offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee. The refund will be for the original price of the item. You will not be refunded for shipping costs and a $15 restocking fee may be charged.
